No Spice Girls Reunion, says Mel

It appears a Spice Girl reunion is looking less and less likely.  Melanie Chisolm, Sporty Spice from the Spice Girls said last week: ‘There are no plans for (reunion) with or without me.’ This comes after years of speculation as to whether the most successful girl group the world has seen will reunite at all, after their split in 2000.

Victoria ‘Posh Spice’ recently moved to America with footballing husband David Beckham amid high press interest and Emma ‘Baby Spice’ Bunton and Melanie ‘Scary Spice’ Brown are both pregnant.

Melanie also added: “We have discussed that if there was a fantastic event that we felt would benefit from the attention a reunion would bring, we would consider that as a one-up, but there is no time this year as everyone is very busy with personal or professional things,” “I’ve spoken to the other girls and one of them thinks it’s great but the others don’t think it’s a good idea.”

Avril Lavigne - Girlfriend

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

The long awaited third album from Avril Lavigne is out in the UK on April 16th, and if the new single, Girlfriend is anything to go by, we’re in for a great album!

The single itself is now officially avaliable to download from the UK iTunes Stor after a series of blunders, in which we at Top20 Music were able to obtain a copy two weeks ago! Click Here to view, preview and buy the single from iTunes UK.  The single is also avaliable in German, Italian, Japanese and Mandarin amongst others, however these are not avaliable on the UK iTunes.

We love this song and we highly recommend you go and listen and hopefully buy!
